Chef Anmol Gupta is a hospitality consultant, culinary professional, and academician with a strong foundation in restaurant operations, menu research and development, and kitchen systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and is currently pursuing a PhD with a focused interest in culinary research, indigenous ingredients, and global food applications.
His work spans cafes, QSR brands, fine dine restaurants, and specialty cuisine concepts, where he is known for his depth in research and development, recipe standardization, kitchen planning, SOP creation, and operational systems. His approach combines hands on kitchen experience with academic insight, ensuring concepts are practical, scalable, and sustainable.
As the Founder of Niyat Hospitality Solutions, he leads projects with a clear philosophy of neet naal kaam karna working with intent, integrity, and discipline. Alongside consulting, he serves as an Assistant Professor in Food Production and remains actively involved in culinary education, curriculum development, and industry relevant research.
